Version 2.33.0

• New feature: When doing an advanced search, enrolments that exactly match your query will now be displayed first and enrolments that do not match will be below the “Show all” fold
• Change: The browser’s built-in navigation will no longer move back or forward between the registration form tabs. Instead, a “back” button is now provided at the bottom of the form.
• Bug fix: Filling out the registration form with invalid data could result in a vague “Please fix form errors” message being displayed at the end of the process. This has been fixed.
• Bug fix: On the activity log, it was no longer possible to view a previously sent email. This functionality has been re-added.
• Bug fix: On the activity log, all dates would display as relative dates. This has been restored to the previous behaviour where only activity from the past week will show as relative dates.
• Bug fix: Brightspace account creation could fail if the student had a preferred name consisting only of whitespace. This has been fixed.

Version 2.32.0

• New feature: Enrolments are now ordered by state so requested enrolments are at the top and completed enrolments are at the bottom. Enrolments with the same state are sorted newest-first.
• New feature: A new admin setting has been added called “Default school”. The default school will be automatically added to all students who register without a home school.
• New feature: There is now a quick filter for all students with an IEP
• New feature: There is now a quick filter for all students with First Nation status
• New feature: There is now a new optional field, “Preferred First Name”
• New feature: There is now a new optional field, “Pronouns”
• New feature: Additional gender options, “Non-binary” and “Unspecified”, have been added.
• Change: The “Gender” field has been renamed to “Gender on Birth Certificate”
• Change: The “Common Name” field has been renamed to “Preferred Last Name”
• Change: The “Maiden Name” field has been renamed to “Previous Last Name”
• Change: On the student listing page, enrolments that are still in progress will now never be hidden below the “show more” button.
